I have used the ones they sell at radioshack, whatever that brand was, something like 100 lumens, which is basically useless unless the room is really really really dark. You could plug 2 or 3 together and try to point them exactly in the same spot to get them more bright.
In order to get something decent to see in a small room w/ low light environment they need to be at least 800 lumens (and that's like really low) 1500L is ok and everything over 2000L is good
I'm just being very general, not matter what, you should always test them personally before you buy, because there is a big chance you might be disappointed (depending your expectations).

The MP 180 is 32 Lumens btw... (the brightest option of all 3)
I guess it all depends of what you want to use it for, I guess if the room is PITCH BLACK (which is really hard to achieve in an office environment) then you could be ok
