I just bought my first antique!
It's a Rosewood Victorian Writing Slope.Sadly, it's getting butchered into a modern-day purpose. The writing surface is being replaced by black/silver (not decided) aluminium with two large holes cut in it with an iPad behind each hole.
Old Vs New / Moog kinda vibe : dual touchscreen controller for Ableton Live
to run Touch-Able, Kapture Pad & MidiTouch (by IOS Midi).
It'll also house a 4 way plug socket and cables for ipads. My breakout box soundcard and USB to Midi Converter so that theres only two wires coming out of the setup. 1x Power 1x USB to Computer.Quite excited! never done any DIY antique butchery before haha.

I'm looking at it as giving it a new lease of life as something that'll command just as much, if not more, attention.
