Mokups for iPhone and iPad

  Hi all,

  What do people use for iPhone and iPad mockups, I am looking to create mockups for a web app for both these devices, is the best place to start Illustrator or Photoshop, or are there better tools for this?

  If you have Keynote, this is a useful wireframing tool: http://keynotopia.com/

  The nice thing about keynote is that you can mock-up transitions too. It really helps if you're pitching a concept to a client.
