as far as i remember with snapzpro, after capturing 30 mins worth, you'll have to wait 30 or more to encode it.

File Shuttle is the best.. it's a bit flakey on OSX Lion.. but it's one of the nicest and convenient screen capture apps out there.. it works for photos only though.
It has FTP connectivity, so as soon as you take a screenshot it will upload to your FTP and copy a URL to the clipboard for you.
It's native OSX capture on steroids.
