CS5 is locking up the Imac

  Anyone else have had issues with CS5 freezing OSX when

  - making pdf's in indesign
  - loading types from font folder
  - opening non heavy pictures file
  - accessing files from office server

  and it also make the office laptop fans go wild
  CS4 works fine, btw

  Imac: i7 2.93 with 8gbram

  go to the application folder and look for the photoshop cs5 executable file. do a command-i and from the pop up info window check the "open in 32-bit mode"

  see if that works.
