I made this one a while ago but I just updated it to use HTML5 audio. An infinite stream of upbeat-ness in C major.

I was researching for a brief that involved loading several audio clips at once and then orchestrating their playback. Seemed like a good opportunity to update this guy and do some research testing at the same time. You can up the number of voices playing back at once or just open it multiple times / on multiple machines. If the playback or clock seem wonky for a few seconds after opening that's just the interface syncing to the server.

doesn't appear to work in FF, fyi.

Hmmmm. I just tried it in FF3 and FF4 and both function normally. If you check in Firebug can you give me some notes on what might be hanging?

Just had it open in Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and Safari. Was fun to watch the clocks begin out of sync and then slowly find each other. FF does seem to have some weird caching behavior. Will look further into it.

Also, if you're interested in Bootstrap—the JavaScript framework I used here as the backbone—grab the code here. (Great alternative to jQuery and Prototype!) :
