Problems:
Margins and spacing
Should the main banner be bigger and the garbage smaller?
Your icon spacing looks wack
it looks like a template made worseGoodnight folks!

Hair removal in Utah? lol
Most immediate problem seems to be that the columns of text are running into each other.
- yeah! lol. My research shows it to be a very good niche market.pubbsoft

like:
grid
blue/dark grey/white contrast
icons
jquery fadesnot like:
lack of padding/margins
2 navs / separate content areas are confusing
cheesy. looks fake, like a scam website
wording is naff - "key resources" what does that have to do with hair removal?- grid needs to be a little stricter and the gutters wider.Amicus

Are you doing affiliate marketing with this?
- akrok0
the social media icons are huge. bigger then the main logo.

<div style="margin-left: 50px; "> Why is this inline?
<BR> ?Markup is very bloated, and attention to detail is pretty non-existent. Looks ok though, although I wouldn't (at first glance) think they are selling hair removal.

I hear hair removal is a big issue for trolls.

"pubbsoft" no one got that yet?

Blog needs to be skinned like the site.
Although site looks like a "blog template" in itself

Why do you have two competing navigational tiers?
Doesn't feel like there's an overriding design structure to it, rather it feels like an amalgamation of preëxisting design assets brought together unsympathetically within a very generic form.
It's kind of hard to provide an opinion about something that doesn't exhibit any hint of opinion of its own.

Why are your columns right next to each other? put some margins there!

Your logo on the top left there is cut off. If I were the client I might be concerned. Plus it looks like a mistake.
Maybe try not putting soo much information on the first page, or on all of it.
You have THREE menus, leading to the same place, Your horizontal menu, right underneath vertically, in the white, then bottom right as a site menu. Knock it off. One menu should suffice and clean up your page.
You have a link to the choose a city, yet you have them laid out at the bottom.
The photo gallery link leads you to a link to a photo gallery, which is redundant. I clicked on photo gallery, take me to photo gallery.the rest is just spacing.
The colors and icons are good and consistent. Although the star circle as the blog icon, is questionable. It is the companies identity, but what does a star and circle have to do with hair removal? reminds me of the military. Also a dice with dollar signs reminds me of gambling. Whats wrong with dollar sign period? Don't mormons hate gambling anyways?
Just seems like a lot of redundancy. Trim it up, and it will make your life easier. Work with empty space, Don't try to fill up everything in the site with information. Remember KISS... Keep It Simple Stupid.

i find the icons totally inconsistent...
cities - icon on a white pillow embossed rectangle with a small drop shadow
how it works - circular ultra glossy with no or almost no shadow.
pricing - 3D cube with a matte look
photo gallery - photorealistic unlike the others.
blog - no 3D effects or drop shadow.- well cities is meant to be the state of Utah, with the star being the capital. But yea, Its weak.inhaler97

Nice template blog
- hellojeehae0
first half is good and the second half of the page needs refinement.

Near zilch is good about this, I'm afraid.
Way, way, WAY too much web-two-point-oh-ness, not enough aspirational content or imagery by any means. I just can't see how the target market would get any sort of emotional 'Oh, I got to visit these people' response out of this.
It's sterile, derivative and mechanical.

- yeah a lot of the clipping looks bad. needs more feathergenfour
- dirtydesign0
needs more naked chicks
- dbloc0
add some space between the columns.
Is the main logo not lined up on purpose?
The social media icons are a bit big.
