Great customer service, great management tools.. awful speed and resources..
They've gone down in quality quite a bit.
I've noticed that QBN has issues with them too quite a bit as well.
I have several DVs with them and they run awful. Sometimes it takes 10-15 secs just to establish a connection with the site.
I'm thinking going to Virtual Servers at 1and1 again.. They've been super fast always when I used them.

I have DV 3.5 with about 20 small sites running on it and I have had good experiences so far. Pretty good speeds, databases are responsive. My time frame with them has only been 15 months though. I also lock everything down and kill any process or service on an account that is not needed to help.

I might have to look into that.. the thing that's confusing is that sometimes it's like their latency for domains is so high.. sometimes it works lightning fast, but sometimes, as I said it takes 10-15 secs to just pull up the site and start loading scripts and so on.
I do like them though.. I mean their customer service is top notch and control panels and documentations are very helpful, but they are just getting slow.
I guess the more dynamic sites there are (which is in the past 2-3 years) the bigger the hit on their servers and infrustructure.
I'm curious whether Nitro has the same issues? It's a much more expensive deal but not sure if they are suffering from similar problems with latency.

I have about 40 sites on my MT grid server and the all work great. The only issue I have are my three Expression Engine CMS sites. They really chug on it and I can't figure out why.

I had no problems with them, been with (mt) for 10-ish years
then again im probably the only one who visits my own site, so never mind.

Does it happen on Wordpress for someone else too?
The slowdown I get is on sites with Wordpress.
