Definitely looks like its a cat. Ive seen a stray cat run the length of a football field in just a few seconds. Fuckers can haul ass. The average is around 30-40mph. A young cat can definitely move as fast as what we're seeing in that video across moving debris.

thats a bird folks

at the OP,
no way is that a cat, moving far too fast.- too low quality really, if it was HD and we could see better you might see a cat, but to me it looks well fake.Hombre_Lobo

not a cat, debris or paper in the wind
- fyoucher10
Definitely not paper. It's jumping from solid object to solid object.
As a matter of fact, there are two of them if you look closely. If it's not a cat, then maybe it's two white ninja's throwing ninja stars at each other whilst jumping through tsunami debris, possible ninja training or something...

I don't even want to know how long you squinted long enough at that blobby mess of jumbled pixels to convince yourself it was a cat.

looks at first like an animal of some sort jumping from debris to debris, but by 0:38-0:39 it looks like it's moving/jumping without hitting the ground. but maybe i'd prefer to imagine that no cats were stuck in the middle of the tsunami.
