it cant find your domain, check the pref for that

possibly your local machine's host file is pointing your domain to localhost for testing and you made it live and your localhost server is off....

Open up a command prompt:
Type 'nslookup www.yourdomain.com' .. it will query the name server and translate the domain to an IP.
Type 'tracert www.yourdomain.com' .. it will show you the route that's used to get to your server IP.

anybody know whats going on? I'm still getting this... it only happens after i make updats via cpanel on website.. or it could be that after accessing the website after #number of times it is being blocked. who knows.. it only happens in my office the website works everywhere else.
error message from brouser:
"Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.website.com."

Might need to flush your DNS cache. Not sure if this is the issue though.

problem fixed!
turns out my Linksys router was blocking my website...
could the server be having security issues?
