yeah man, I doubt many people run with headphones since 1986 or so, you need to use earphones instead, make sure you don't get those with the rubber tips that go inside of the ear canal, as they are know to stay in, and das some scary shiaaaaattt

That Sport Band thingy is $60, it works for me... never lost a run. Seems like folks have the ipod/iphone software poop out on em from time to time. Must be frustrating.
But the wrist band is still working fine.
