That's Arial.

- It looks close to me. Throw Arial 13px with strong AA on it over the top of that, with -10 tracking in photoshop and it looks it.********

Actually, Orrinward's probably right the only other Swiss style (it stays) fonts with flat legs on the R are massively unlikely to have been used for whatever project you're tyring to track this for down.
I withdraw my overly absolute statement, and apologise.
at 13pt, it probably is just Arial Bold.

The people who did the site before used about 10 different typefaces that are not free so it threw me off. Thanks a lot.
Let me give it a try...

Looks like Arial, with Bold, with more of a stroke or "Strong" applied to it.
