Its a tricky one. On initial glance number 2 felt better, more balanced. After inspection I would categorically go with number 1 though. Odd.

1. uses the grid and it auto-centered in Photoshop
2. uses manual adjustment to account for "MY" carrying less visual weight on the far left than the weight of "Y" on the far right and its relation to the curvature of the "D"- 1: Why is this being done in Photoshop?Knuckleberry
