here is a job description for ya!
Wanted: Rockstar contract web designer who wants to build and brand top-notch startups for at least the next few months.
- Focus on user-centered design, with an expert eye for detail. (you'd better be thinking about a misplaced comma.)
- Ability to do the analysis work to understand how screens should be designed so that even a monkey can figure them out.
- Making stuff look fricken awesome and impressing your friends on a daily basis with your internet nerdery (design-wise of course).
- Perhaps doing some flash work, but for the love of god, you know why to avoid it despite what your classes taught you in your fancy pants art school.
- Getting all geeked out about the font support in the html 5.
- Knowing well why if I ever meet anyone who worked on the development of IE6 that I will end that day in jail.
- Ability to work independently on projects so we don't have to micromanage you or your tps rep...

Any use of Rockstar in any job will not involve any rock or star.
