For the record, I know Michael. I've worked with him and just ran into him a few months ago. He's a hell of a nice guy and founded one of the first web firms in this town. He's a Philly guy, street smart, salt of the earth and most of you wouldn't say these things to his face. He's anything but a racist.
I haven't dug into his record or reputation here, but you're all anonymous to each other, as is he. There are flesh and blood people behind every one of these made up names.
Would you speak to each other that way sitting around in a bar? In a meeting? This profession had some dignity and class once, but so did most people pre-ugly age of the snarky, anonymous internet.
