There are several of us here that use Logic Pro / Studio for recording. Maybe this can be an "official" thread for questions and sharing any tips you have.
I am starting to record much more at home and have a question about something. Let's say I record a synth part that is MIDI. I've got the track, so how do I play that back and change the sound of it using the knobs in that track's synth? Ex: want to change the oscillating effect with a knob. How do I play back/record the track I made and adjust the synth's knobs to change it and have a new version?

I left logic to go to Ableton a while back, but I believe what you are looking to do is to modify/ record audio parameters
