I think its a rip. they just move one or two things around and changed the color. its a direct rip of the concept. 100% chance that they looked at your site and said "lets make it just like this"

Okay, I'm almost afraid to re-open this issue but really, what do you do about people ripping your work? What are everyone's past experiences/outcomes? Is there anything you can do aside from a strongly worded "cease and desist" email? Or do you just accept the fact and move on?

If I were you I'd be flattered.
Send of that mail if you feel it's appropriate. Refrain from being too harshly worded at first (but do throw in the word "lawyer" somewhere). And really...if the outcome isn't what you've hoped for, for this company in Istanbul, just stay flattered. You're rippable, mang.

IMMONO has a nice little form on their site. I dont think a few kindly worded contacts would hurt.
They ripped so hard the links pointing you to their social sites dont even work.

Hi all..
Below there is an e-mail i sent out to thesum.ca before i published the site Inmono-cs.com. For the doodle art yes you are absolutely right but the site is pretty new and i had no idea it would spread so fast before i get a chance to change it up.. We didn't even start a business for Inmono yet. The site isn't even working %100 properly yet since not all final changes were made to the site. That doodle art was put there temporarily just to see how it looks when we put a similar kind of artwork to that space.
Still , i apologize for being heavily inspired (or whatever you wanna call it) and put another "spaceholder" image just now instead of the doodle. Also if you want , i can make further changes to the site before i start business with the name Inmono.Chris Wong to me

Hello tonediary,
I received two emails yesterday tipping me off to your site and was surprised to see many elements from our site being used on your site.
Some elements like the cloud illustration were blatantly copied/pasted while others like the footer seem just cosmetically changed.
I have since seen you have removed our illustration from your site (thank you).As for the rest of the elements, I'm not going to tell you what I'm comfortable with you leaving. I certainly don't have a copyright on any of those design elements. Nor do I have any authority over how much you appropriate.
I would just hope that as a fellow creative that you, yourself would feel unsatisfied with just copying someone else's work.Take a chance. Make something new. You may surprise yourself!
