send ios app?

  does anyone know if it is possible to send an app from one iDevice to another? something like 'bump,' but with an app, not just songs and contact info and whatnot.

  I think you have to go through iTunes. Perhaps it´ll work if both devices are jailbroken?

  if jailbroken, you can send an .ipa through Installous to another device on a local network.

  without jailbreaking, you should be able to find the ipa file and add it to the other device via itunes. then you can authorize the other device to have access to the app in question.
