I dont live in the US, so it doesnt really affect me, but this seems to be a little over the line when it comes to invasive data mining..
you can search anyone and their data may include email address, age, estimated income, social profiles, photos, videos, hobbies etc..
links into facebook amongst others..

I find it terribly creepy that these people have my phone number. Taking your info off can be a bit troublesome. I had about 7 listings and could only take off a few within a days time.
