Taken straight from MC
A video ID consists of letters and numbers, dependent on the service provider. It is present in the URL of the site, found at the top of the browser window. Occasionally, the video ID will be presented within a long URL. If this is the case, the video ID ends before a question mark, as seen in the YouTube and Blip.tv examples. To use the merge tags, simply copy the video ID into the tag.
*|YOUTUBE:VIDEO_ID|*
Inserts a video from YouTube according to the provided video ID.

This seemed to be my problem....Had recreate the campaign...
One thing to keep in mind, image caching can be a problem when using the width attribute on a video merge tag. The youtube tag is particularly finicky. To avoid issues with image caching, make sure you know what size you want your video screenshot to be, set it, and leave it. Avoid testing the screenshot size over and over when creating a campaign and the pain should be minimal.
- It seems that you cannot make the max width for your youtube screen shot to be 600 pixels wide.rodzilla
