Bunnies are pretty cute and cuddly, so it's hard to find a serious rabbit logo. I'd say study 80s Disney films and look at that elements the illustrators use to make a flat object, like a candle, appear like an evil villain. Or, another good one to study would be The Secret of Nimh. There's some evil rats and cute rats and spooky owls. Hope this helps.
