1. Get out of the big cities
2. Spend some time with the Amish
3. Spend some time helping on a farm without tractors
4. Visit the poor, and hungry in Africa
5. Walk through the Amazon looking for the natives
6. Have a friendly chat with the Papuan natives
7. Spend some time in Afghanistan helping the locals rebuild
8. Go to Tibet and taunt the Chinese soldiers
9. Smuggle yourself into North Korea for afternoon tea
