Hayfever Treatment of the Day

  Hayfever has been brutally bad this southern Spring, so post your favourite allergy remedies.

  My current regime:

  

  
  (twice a day)

  (morning, noon and night)

  (as necessary)

  I've also heard that a tablespoon a day of locally produced honey will help, but haven't found anything local to try – probably easier in the country.

  I'm willing to try anything as I still fall asleep in the afternoon if I sit still too long.
