Im a gamer and Kinect, PS Move or the Wii does not interest me at all. Call me crazy but I think this is just a fad, like 3d movies or tv's. A year or two down the line, these things will have collected large amounts of dust

Im the exact opposite. I can play controller games but im not that great at them. I like getting up and moving around to play stuff. Even though I know all the better graphics wise games are gonna be the controller style but still its nice to have both.

looks really cool for somethings but I don't know about it being "effortless", have fun having to stand up in front of your tv to fast forward or rewind something.

Give it a little while and you'll probably realize you don't want one after all. Probably.
I wanted a PlayStation Move for about a day then realized that the games didn't look terribly fun and the motion controls on the Wii just annoy me so why would I like them on a different system? :/
I guess I'd play it at somebody else's house, though.
