Iam looking for a free, super simple, Flash Photo Gallery Generator... And the more easy tu use as possible, a one that you don't need to go in the .xml to edit all the files you want to show in the gallery. I have many pictures I want to show and I dont want to edit for hours.
Any ideas?

What about the Photoshop and/or Flash exports for photo galleries?

here's a simple php script that you can mod that just prints out the contents of a directory

speaking of flickr, there are also lots of bits out there that will put a flickr gallery on your own site using their api.
there's a phpflickr library that makes it really simple.
