Photo storage/albums

  Just curious how experiences have been regarding photos stored online. I'm looking into solutions for easily managing photos within an existing site cms. I feel like Flickr or Picasa could be good for this.

  Does anyone have upgraded storage accounts with either? I'm actually more familiar with Picasa so I'm curious how the experience has been. I have heard some negative points about Google converting raw into jpeg etc. but that doesn't really apply for my needs. I just need a place to make some web galleries and then use existing code to output a simple slideshow and link to more photos. I'm setting this all up but it has to be easy to use for whoever will actually be using it.

  I remember Picasa didn't work on the Mac. So I have never tried it.

  Right, I'm going to have to pay for a 'pro' option, but wondering if Picasa is worth the money over Flickr's unlimited storage.
