Its always a question, that we should go for custom web design or Template for our new web projects?

Reinvent the wheel every single time you get plain production work thrown at you, or build on something existing?
To reword the phrase a bit; sometimes it's not which template-page you take, but where you take it to.
Not just design, you'll also find that formula elsewhere. Like music.
Tell me, who here hasn't been inspired of something enough to incorporate it...or "borrow" it...for your own design?
A template is at little more honest than that in it's being. It's there to be used, there's no theft, and if it's as good as you you'll have something to build upon that has saved you hours. That said I've never used one unless you count PS-grids :)
