1k per poster comp
3-400 for each full size glossy printlogo i would consider part of the poster
dvd package 2k

depends of their budget. they might not have more then ex. 800. so if you tell them 3k. oh well. :-)

it's really a logo and an illustration/comp, basically. then you apply it everywhere.
have you talked with them about their budget? quote what you feel adequately compensates you. some like to count hrs, some like to count novelty.

other things to think of...
1. how fast do they need it. due tomorrow?
2. how many concepts do they except to see?
3. how many rounds of edits?get that down on paper too. ex. concepts, with 2 rounds of edits.
- scarabin0
you can show them thumbs before building to keep comping costs down
- doesnotexist0
discuss your concepts with words first, that will help eliminate the concepts you have to draw up for them.

4. make sure the copy is final. so they don't make a tons of edits, later, in the design.
- this never happens.doesnotexist
- haha. true. but you have to have goal.akrok
- but you have to have a goal.akrok
- yeah, that's what the 2 rounds of revisions coversdoesnotexist

def find out their budget.
"independent film" could mean anything from deep deep pocktes to draw from to a hand full of buttons and lint.
