So as well as the QBN+ challenge, i'm running (my first) half-marathon this sunday morning... bricking it.
If any of you fancy helping out with the sponsoring, i'm doing it in aid of a great little charity called Starfish, that looks after southern African kids and orphans affected by AIDS.
Thanks to anyone getting involved :) sorry for the spam but it's a worthy cause...
