i use the hartford. it's about 400-800 a year depending on the coverage. never had to use it... yet.

That's probably general liability whichisnttoo bad. I got quoted $15,000 a year from the Hartford for only 1M of E&O... An ad agency I was going to become a vendor for required $5M in E&O!!!
