Nikon D90 Question

  I've had my D90 for nearly a year and realized something this weekend that I'm not sure is possible.

  Can I set up custom shooting settings aside from just changing between standard, vivid, B&W, etc. as follows:

  I want one setting to be B&W, ISO manually set, with D-Lighting off.
  But I also want a setting to be Vivid, ISO automatic, and D-Lighting automatic.

  Can I set and choose these modes somewhere without having to, for example, use the B&W setting above and then to switch to Vivid, I'd also have to change the ISO and D-Lighting individually? Does the D90 do this? Thanks.
