anything glorifying fascism, including the use of symbols and language of german fascist history is illegal and therefor will be censored I suppose. This also includes mocking the victims of fascism and stiring up hatred and violence against minorities.

I understand that as I presently live in Germany, and I'm living in this community with anarchists, hippies and artists and they are very active against nazi shit going on and other forms of social injustice...
But the Internet Polizei reminds me Hitler "burning" the books...- Oh cool, what freedom are you for, communist or libertarian?raf
- Oh scratch that, you wrote "social injustice", you're commies :)raf
- ?!...I'm doing a professional practice in an cultural institution with funds from the Ministry of Culture. I'm certainly no communist.oey
- ...communist. And what's the problem living here? better here than in the white house...oey

you mean censorship by lawmakers?
cause the youtube-thing has nothing to do with gov-action. more like they couldn´t reach a deal with the music corps. also i think i heard something about GEMA issues which could be the cause. GEMA demanded a ridicilously large share of every paid-out video dollar. but don´t exactly know where the trial is at the moment..

if QBN works in your country then there is no censorship.
everything else is just regular radio..

If Soundcloud is any indication, copyright laws might be somewhat laxer than in the US

I think it's funny how much trouble Google Street View is having in Germany and how so many people here are screaming about privacy. Check this out: http://www.sightwalk.de/
I really hate how many YouTube videos are blocked because of content from Sony or the likes.
