Hologram-Esque Printing

  Does anyone know the name/type of technique, when images are printed on top of each other and you see different elements depending which angle you are looking at...

  Kind like a Hologram but not... I remember a campaign for Lynx (in the UK) where the poster girl winked when you walked past...
