These sites have been around awhile, but looks like they expanded the coverage. Still now downtown Sacramento or San Jose though. Fail!

SF is updated pretty recently. i wonder if it will have an effect on real estate/renting.
ill definitely be more comfortable reporting noise violations, now that i see how much it happens --

This is only for selected cities and even then the data is last years,

- so its up the reporting agency.. in IL (usa) area, only 2 cities and the data is a year old.plash

I don't see how mapping crimes builds 'safer communities'. I reckon all it builds is fear.
