Krop vs. AuthenticJobs

Hey guys, my CTO has been using AuthenticJobs exclusively to try to find another designer for the team. http://www.authenticjobs.com/job…
Most of the applicants coming through haven't been the best and was wondering how I could possibly convince my CTO to post the job on Krop. Are there any comparisons between the two readily available? Seems like a lot of great companies use Krop but it might not have the same reach as AuthenticJobs which seeds the jobs to many other popular design-related sites? Is there a network page for Krop, haven't come by it yet.

I would argue Krop likely has more reach, if for no other reason that there's an industry community attached to it (QBN). Ergo, more eyeballs. Plus the fact you can register a folio with Krop.
The same logic would apply to B-hance Network and C0rflot.
I hadn't even heard of AuthenticJobs until about a month-and-a-half ago.

Hmm.... I read your posting, and I think that finding a creative, innovative, useability focussed designer for finance apps would be something you find more by grapevine than by job postings... and you may have to poach from a competitor....
why? Most designers who answer postings can show flashy work and amazing looking stuff from less-complex requirements than what you're asking for.... making highly interactive tabular finance stuff look good and still be usable is not easy to show off with, but you do know it when you see it...
- and some designers who do finance table interactive stuff usually have a boring portfolio...vaxorcist

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Poaching sounds badass, I should walk over to Mint's office and recruit there =T. For now, decided to cross-post on Krop! http://www.krop.com/jobs/45rg2/
