i seem omega watches and think 'expensive'. but the site doesn't speak 'expensive'.
in comparison look at rolex's site. it's simple, elegant, void of content (all the same as your site) but it just looks 'expensive' and does the product/service justice.

if it's too far along into the creative process (as it may be) here are some simple things you can do to improve it's visual appeal.
retouch the large photos. contrast, color, hue/sach the shit out of them. they look dull and bland. retouching the photos will go a long way. i also don't like how the photos go behind the gray. it does give the page the illusion of space but it looks like an error to me. what if they were cut off at the gray?
the grid is all over the place. some stuff is left justified, the footer info is centered and gets lost on the gray. tighten up the grid.
