IRO makes good shit. I used some of their hubs for a long time. That being said... it is inexpensive because it is mass produced in China.
is all that stuff for sale?

yeah, IRO mark V is a decent steel frame. a bit more relaxed than a pure track frame but still pretty quick. but... you should know what size it is and make sure it fits you. huge difference between a 50 and a 62, you could be knocking your knees or stretched way out, either would suck pretty hard no matter how nice the frame is.
- 53cm so i should be ok. im waiting to see if its still available and then go look at it - i'll ask about the chain - im not that up on bike stuff - but need a decent one since getting rid of my car.traut

- on fixed, if the chain line is off a bit and there's too much slack it can pop off the cog. but you also want it fairly tight so there's less play between pedaling and braking, better controlacescence

- overall i think you'll be happy with it, it's a pretty smooth ride.acescence

It is worth $350. IROs suck. If you're fixie-curious, you might wanna give it a shot.

the mark v is always a great cheap option. the only competitor in that price range that i know of is pake, http://www.pakebikes.com/. they're awesome, but always insanely backordered.

it's that cheap cause they couldn't afford to buy gears on account of spending their money on pbr.
