question 1:
i want a giant world map in my room. if been going through google but havent found anything nice.
anyone got links to massive images that make good prints, or know a online orderable one?question 2:
i would like to buy some prints for me walls, either from a shop in amsterdam or online. preferably mounted already or framed etc.
anyone got any good ones, im no rockafella mind you but something reasonable...peas out......O)))

It'd need work to stylize it but if you're after something specific for your needs, Adobe has a modern world map as a vector for free, with all the countries separated.
I just created an Old World style map for print using that recently.

There are loads of interesting map projections available .. some of which make more sense than those most frequently used today - others which are simply more visually appealing.

Also - don't forget that NASA releases a lot of their satellite imagery to the public .. some of which is very high resolution.
