Im trying to add the behavior of a menu button that uses xml to a picture in a template that im using to create a jewelry website for a female friend...pls sumbdy help!

Calm down, what is it that you're trying to do again? add a behaviour to a picture in a template? Or add a picture to a button in a template? Maybe you're trying to add a menu to a behaviour in a web site?

ok heres the site i used this organic template that i bought a couple years back cuz i wanted to get it done fast

its flash and html basically i want to add hotspots i guess to the fall and spring area i want it to then do the funky animation with the boxes and then go to the fall collection or spring thats it

you would need to find out what command is called on clicking the spring- or fall-menu. in the xml you could try to load swf files instead of the jpgs. in the swfs you put the buttons calling the needed command.

so i sift thru the actionscript looking for the command thats calling the fall menu then paste it to swfs with image in it acting as button?
