Does this term still exist in nowadays youth language or is it just some leftover thing from the 90s?
I'm asking because I just listened to some old NOFX tracks someone posted on here...

yes, subculture is still a word.

It's not a word unique to the 90s either.
I don't recall any youth using this word, but it's a word used about youth groups and non-youth groups.
