Hi all,
A client without much funding needs to have a basic intranet setup with noticeboard, ability to attach documents, and varying levels of user access.What's your favourite? I'm leaning towards a PHPBB or something similar, just want to know if you've seen something simpler...

do a means list of what they want out of it so you can work out the exact solution. with low-cash it's better to fix on what exactly you want to achieve rather than get a cheap solution that kinda offers everything yet not really.
