Anyone know how to do this?
On Time, if you highlight and copy a word or sentence from the main article, and then paste it into an email / IM / anything, it formats it and appends the link to the article. Try it:

Wordpress has this built into it's posting system, if you copy and past into a new post it does the "read more"
maybe you can muck around in a wp installation and look for it
