  I hated SF2, The library organization is stupid and it doesn't resolve conflicts (very well at least), it has a very good auto-activation feature though, and I liked the float thingy.

  That said, FEX is a much better product imo.

  Bumping to ask:

  Since last night Suitcase has refused to load, giving me a message that says something like "Unable to form the font library. Suitcase will now close."

  I tried restoring Suitcase and my font folders from Time Machine but nothing changed. It's crashing Illustrator (CS4) on load too, right at the "indexing font blah blah" stage.

  Google gives me nothing.

  I hated it until Suitcase Fusion 2... now it's my favorite. I gave Fontcase a try and used to use Font Explorer X but Suitcase, for the most part, "just works" and is fairly speedy.
