photoshop key controller?

i cracked both my wrists a couple of weeks ago but am back at work thanks to the touch functions on the wacom. i am still having trouble with cmd key shortcuts and was wondering if there were any hardware solutions with buttons for cut paste etc or something programmable like a mid controller? something like the photokeys app would be ideal

Your Wacom should have programmable buttons, as Jordy suggested above. They should also be able to handle key combinations. Mine is set up with a ctrl+c and a ctrl+v.
