This place is in KTown. Went here for a big Korean birthday and had a massive BBQ table set up. I highly recommend it.

BCD Tofu House in Ktown is my fav. Definitely the best Soon Do Bu.
Nothing here matches LA though.- I have to disagree. I'd say that the biggest difference between LA Korean and NYC is the price. I'm from CA.monospaced
- *note, im yet to explore Flushing or NJ which are suppose to have good places.Douglas
- im going to try the places you mentioned.Douglas
- But you're right, LA rocks for amazing Asian food. I'm really picky because I've been spoiled in CA.monospaced
- Def the best Dim Sum places are in the Bay Area.Douglas
- Best dim sum / chinese food is in Vancouver. LA has really good korean food but they are more fusion and none traditional.JSK
- .. none traditional. I would say LA over all has better food.JSK
- Korean food that is.JSK
- I lived in SF for 6 years and I can say that the Chinese there is the best. Koreans beat them in NYC though.monospaced
- SF cant compare to chinese food in Vancouver.JSK
- ARE YOU KIDDING? SF Chinatown is pretty fucking authentic. Been around for hundreds of years.monospaced
- Have you ate in Vancouver at a good place? I been in both cities and really cant compare.JSK
- I'm yet to get to Vancouver, but i've heard really good things about all the asian food there.Douglas

I'm glad you asked. Mad For Chicken on 5th Ave & 32nd is the shiz.
I recommend the Mad For Combo and a crazy bubbly led light lit pitcher of beer. You shall not be dissapointed.

depends on what kind of korean
- typical bbq / everything on menu
- Chinese Korean fusion
- tofu specialty
etcmost places in ktown are not that good. except the tofu place that douglas mentioned and the chinese korean fusion place.
I would say queens has the best of all places

Best Korean Food in Toronto bump:
My Son's obsessed with korean food, he watches youtube cooking videos all day and makes us take him to the korean supermarket so he can cook for us lol.
I'd like to take him out tonight for his grade 5 graduation present, any recommendations in Toronto?
- I dont have one single go to place. But if I want Korean, I go to Bloor/Christie area... or Yonge/Sheppard plenty of options in both neighbourhoodsAl_dizzle

One of the reasons I love NYC so much, it's diversity of culture and cuisine. Keep it like that, please.
