file naming, what works for you?

I name all my files like characters of tv shows, this is very original and unique yes, but let me tell you something..
when you are on a deadline and your client is pissed off on the phone asking you to send him the "previous version to his flash file, before the code made his site crash" it gets difficult deciding between:
murdoch.fla
sayid.fla or kramer.flathis does not work.

I typically camel case the name, add the type/desc/category camelcased if need be, revision number, and then version number..and use underscores in between. Some people use dots but that fucks Windows people up.

I did know a guy who named a folder "BullShitClientCrap" once and forgot to rename it when he zipped up everything for a filedump....
