Anyone use Airport Extreme at home?
I'm really curious about how much can be connected to access wirelessly from a laptop. Can you connect a USB hub to it and access multiple external drives? What about external drives and a printer and scanner?
Is there any kind of limit beyond available ports in an external USB hub?
Thanks for any responses you have.

i use an airport extreme with my home setup. on the network is an apple tv, 2 laptops, and 2 mac pros (that are each connected to two different airport expresses). that isn't including any other gadgets that have WiFi capabilities.
the automatic setup provided via airport admin utility is garbage. manually setting up the network is simple (although tricky), and there are plenty of resources online to point you in the right direction.
i have an epson USB network printer hooked up to one of the airport expresses along with a set of speakers to play itunes remotely. sharing files across the network is a breezeāi can connect to any device on the network at any time with ease.
occasionally i'll run into connectivity issues, but a simple reset of the hub usually solves the problem. i also don't think the issues are related to the apple network but instead are caused by worst cable provider on the face of the planet...charter.
- by occasionally, i mean once or twice every two or three months.gabe

i have a extra d-link, in cause you care more about the function then the form. :-) it's in mint condition. only used ones.
