Hi BusterBoy. We are still around :) Our product was (and still is) called SWF Studio. You would have paid about $139 for SWF Studio back in the day. You can still upgrade your old license. If you remember anything about your license (like the email you used, your phone number, anything) we can find your license info and send it over. Just give us a shout at and we'll get you hooked up :)

Why do you need the Northcode product? Unless you are trying to interact with the OS the exe should be all you need.
Northcode is still good by the way, just you only need it to manipulate certain things, for example writing files back to the users computer or customization features. You can do a lot with the shared object in flash itself which acts like a cookie.
But effectively if all you are making is a standalone version of a presentation then the flash exe route should be enough.
