Books on Jquery

  Hey all, Im looking for the latest and greatest books on introductions to jquery and its api. What do you suggest? I thought I would take the next step from using other peoples snippets/plugins and start learning how to write some effects for myself. Thanks,

  You'll have more long term success if you learn JavaScript as whole. jQuery is extremely useful, but if you don't understand JavaScript concepts you won't be able to leverage it effectively.
