I'm impressed with 6 weeks buddy! I remember the days when you went on the Cajun pepper water detox! the sushi detox! etc etc....
I'm smoke free now to since the start of the year!

Jogging is the best tonic to this. Without jogging I'd still be smoking now.

No nicotine is the big win, that stuff will f*ck you up in a very big way, just find someone in their 40s / 50s who still smokes and see what they look like and what their breathing sounds like.
In moderation alcohol is OK, if you can't do it in moderation it really is best not to, again look at someone in their 40s / 50s who drinks too much to see where it leads.
No caffeine? don't see the point
